Nicola Bedwell Personal Trainer

I hope you will enjoy reading about the services I can offer you and tell you a little bit about my background.  My name is Nix.  I am fully qualified and insured Personal Trainer.  I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and have over 25 years of experience in Martial Arts, including: Karate (Stock Shotokan KUGB Black Belt Holder), Boxing, Kickboxing (ISKA – International Sport Kickboxing Association Black Belt Holder) and Muay Thai (Thai Boxing).  I have a keen interest in a wide range of other sports which also include: football, swimming, badminton, snowboarding, longboarding and beach volleyball.  I enjoy weight training, outdoor running, keeping fit and eating great food!  For me, the key to life is a healthy balance of fun, food, fitness and well being.  My goal is to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. Simple!

NixFix Brighton | Personal Training | Boxing Pad Work

I am based in Brighton & Hove and have my own transport to travel within the Sussex area, including Wivelsfield Green and Haywards Heath to deliver my clients their programmes, wherever they live, or want to work out.  I take many of my PT clients to Cheetahs Gym, which is situated along Hove Beach, next door to King Alfred Leisure Centre.  Personal training session can include Boxing, Kickboxing and Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) training, should you want it!  No matter what level of your fitness or ability, I will tailor your sessions to meet your requirements.
